- ‘No Show’ will be charged fully and our cancellation policy is 72 Hours prior to arrival else retention will be charged.
- All non-guaranteed reservations, in the absence of Arrival details / timings, will be deemed as guaranteed upto 15:00 hrs only and may be released thereafter.
Relocation Policy:-
- Should the hotel be full to capacity on the night of the guest arrival (provided the booking has been guaranteed), the hotel would use its reasonable endeavors to provide alternative facilities to the guest at another hotel similar or comparable standards subject to such facilities being available.
